Key AI exists to engineer outcomes for professionals through warm, intelligent connections. Our communities — Xoogler, FUNDA, and the networks we host — are built on trust. These guidelines describe how we expect members to show up for each other.

The Three Commitments

  • Be real. Your identity, your community affiliation, your professional history, and your stated intent should reflect who you actually are.
  • Be useful. Bring something to the network — expertise, opportunities, judgment, or genuine willingness to help. Don't just take.
  • Be respectful. Treat every connection, intro, and interaction with the professionalism the other person deserves.

Be Real

Use your true identity. Key AI is not anonymous — your profile should represent the actual person engaging with the platform.

Represent your affiliations accurately. If you're here through the Xoogler community, you were actually at Google. If you came through FUNDA, you're a real founder. Community origin is the foundation of how our network operates.

Keep your professional history honest. Inflated titles and fabricated roles degrade match quality for everyone, including you.

One person, one profile.

Be Useful

State your intent honestly. When you signal what you're looking for — hiring, fundraising, advice, partnership — represent it accurately. Our matching is only as good as the signals members give it. Spoofing intent to game the system poisons the well for everyone.

Respect the warm intro. When another member introduces you to someone in their network, they're lending you their reputation. That means:

  • Follow up promptly and professionally.
  • Stick to what the intro was about. Don't pivot — if you were introduced for advice, don't immediately pitch.
  • Don't add the contact to mailing lists, CRMs, or outreach sequences.
  • Close the loop with the introducer. Tell them how it went.

Contribute, don't just extract. Key AI works because members give as well as take. Share what you know. Make intros when you can. Respond when others reach out. A network of pure takers stops being a network.

No mass outreach or spam. Don't use Key AI as a top-of-funnel for sales sequences, recruiting blasts, or copy-pasted pitches. If you wouldn't send it to a friend, don't send it through Key AI.

Be Respectful

Keep it professional. Disagreement is fine; disrespect isn't. No personal attacks, harassment, or abusive language.

No discrimination or hate. Content or behavior that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, or disability has no place here.

No unwanted advances. Key AI is for professional connection — not romantic or sexual outreach, lewd remarks, or commentary on appearance.

Respect what's shared in confidence. Conversations, intent signals, and connections shared with you through Key AI aren't for broadcast. What happens in a warm intro stays between the parties to it.

Treat community spaces as members-only. Directories, opportunity feeds, and discussions are for the community. Don't republish them externally.

A Final Note

The warm intro is the most valuable thing one professional can give another. The network we're building only works if every member treats it that way. Thank you for helping us protect it.
