We will confirm whether Key AI self-certifies to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, including effective dates.

Principles & recourse (draft)

Notice, choice, accountability for onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and recourse enforcement will be summarized with links to independent dispute resolution.

Liability & FTC jurisdiction (draft)

Statutory references and FTC enforcement acknowledgements will be inserted by counsel for certified entities.
